Orders with a minimum value of € 350,- excl. VAT are shipped for free.
For orders with a value less than € 350,- excl. VAT the following rates apply:

* Packages longer than 2.25 meters or heavier than 50 kilograms have different transport prices.
Envelope shipment
By policy we do not send orders by regular post. Unfortunately not even if it concerns a small product that fits in an envelope.
We have made this decision based on the following reasons:
> PostNL does not offer track & trace on an envelope shipment.
> Shipping by post is not insured. Adding an Insurance on such a shipment is similar in price to parcel post
> Our experience shows that unfortunately envelope shipments too often arrive damaged or not at all. An inconvenient situation for you as our customer and for us. PostNL does not offer any goodwill in this case.
Delivery on working days
By default, orders are delivered on working days, Monday to Friday.
For packages up to 50kg (and no longer than 2.25 metres), it is possible to deliver packages on Saturday upon request for a modest surcharge. Please contact us for more details.
